CMBA Participation Agreement is a 'contract' betwen coaches, players and parents.  By signing the Participation Agreement, coaches, players and parents agree they have read and understand CMBA's rules and codes of conduct and will abide by them.

Failure to abide by CMBA's rules and codes of conduct will result in disciplinary action.
