SCC Code of Conduct

All members of the Sportsmanship and Conduct Committee sign the below code of conduct to signify their commitment to uphold it in their work.

Confidentiality within the SCC is at a premium. Any breach of confidentiality will result in removal from the SCC and potential further discipline.
Attendance: SCC members must attend all weekly meetings. Missing three or more meetings could result in replacement by the Chair (at the Chair's discretion)
Over 50% of the committee must attend a meeting for quorum.
If any situation involves the member, a member's family, friend, or other conflict of interest, that member must identify it immediately and recuse themselves.
The SCC Chair can remove an SCC member at their discretion in the best interests of the league.
The SCC Chair will only vote on a matter as the tie breaker when needed.
All members will follow the CMBA Discipline guidelines, the levels of discipline, and the internal communication policies of the SCC.
All members will be polite and respectful to each other in meetings and present a united front outside of committee regardless of votes.
All members committ to upholding the standards of the CMBA Participation Agreement.
